Devonshire’s 100th Birthday celebration was a huge success! Thank you to all those who joined in and to everyone who helped Devonshire celebrate this wonderful milestone!

Devonshire Community Public School is 100 years old this year. Fun and engaging events are being planned by parent volunteers, teachers and members of the community.

The first event is planned for Friday April 9th. We will open the time capsule prepared by students in the 75th year of Devonshire, and are planning a surprise along the theme of "A day in the life of Devonshire 1910". Students, parents and staff will be invited.

In the fall we will host a big celebration of our 100th Birthday. We have invited the Governor General - stay tuned for more information.

Then, Devonshire students and community will cap off the year in December with the sealing of a 100th time capsule.

Devonshire alumni and people in the Devonshire community area are invited to check out the Classmates and Facebook web-pages. We are looking for stories, memories, memorabilia and any other contributions. You could e-mail directly to DevonshireCentennial@gmail.com.
